After placing your order, please email your photo to contact@kreationsbykianga.com. I will send you a photo of the layout for your approval before the mug is created, ensuring it perfectly captures your vision.
Please be advised that you will receive a mock-up of your design. You are entitled to three (3) revisions at no extra cost. Any additional revisions beyond that will incur a fee of $10 per two (2) additional revisions.
